Jean Presslitz, a state and federally licensed wildlife rehabilitator, holds onto a female swan at her Norwich home Wednesday, January 31, 2007 that was rescued by Norwich Animal Control Officer Michele (CQ) Kellough after an abuse case in Norwich recently. Presslitz is rehabilitating the swan before it she will release it back into the wild. Presslitz also is rehabilitating a duck that was roaming and rescued Wednesday in Norwich. She has working with helping wildlife beginning as a volunteer with Lifeline for Wildlife since 1987 and has been licensed for 10 years.
